This programme is designed for team members who need to maximize their ability to communicate and work with others, avoiding conflict and disharmony.

EQTD’s programme will increase their ability to listen and comprehend the intention/message behind the words used by others. They will be able to identify ways to talk with other people in a manner that relates to them and their particular style. The 12 Laws of Communication Excellence also focus on effective writing skills with emphasis on persuasive writing.
